Getting Started

School Tracks is an all-in-one school management platform built specifically for Pakistani schools. It includes student management, fee collection, attendance, exams, report cards, LMS, timetable, salary management, and much more — all in a single system.

Simply fill out the contact form or call us to request a free demo. Our team will set up a trial account for you, import your existing data, and provide onboarding training — all at no cost.

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial.

Most schools are fully set up within 2–3 business days. This includes data import, configuration, and staff training. Complex setups with multiple branches may take up to a week.

Features & Modules

All plans include: Student Management, Teacher & Staff, Fee & Invoicing, Attendance, Exams & Results, Timetable, Salary, Expense Tracking, Financial Reports, Communication (SMS/WhatsApp/Email), and Multi-Branch support. The Professional and Enterprise plans also include the full LMS/E-Learning module.

Yes. You can create custom report card templates, enter marks by subject, and generate professional PDF report cards for individual students or in bulk for an entire class.

Yes. School Tracks integrates with WhatsApp Business API to send attendance alerts, fee reminders, exam notifications, and custom messages to parents.

Yes. Parents and students can log in to view attendance, fee status, exam results, report cards, and LMS courses through dedicated portals.

Pricing & Billing

Plans start from Rs.5,000/month for up to 200 students. The Professional plan is Rs.12,000/month for up to 1,000 students. Enterprise plans (unlimited) are custom-priced. All plans include free setup.

No. The price you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no module add-on charges, and no per-user fees.

Yes. Annual payment gives you 2 months free (17% discount). We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cheque payments.

You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Data & Security

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We perform regular backups and follow industry best practices for security. Your data is hosted on secure cloud servers in the region.

Yes. Our team will help you import students, teachers, fee records, and other data from Excel files or any existing system you currently use — completely free of charge.

Yes. You can export any report, list, or data to CSV, Excel, or PDF formats at any time. Your data always belongs to you.

Yes. The Enterprise plan offers an on-premise deployment option where the system runs on your own servers. This is ideal for institutions with strict data residency requirements.

Support & Training

Starter plans get email support. Professional plans include priority email and phone support. Enterprise plans get 24/7 support with a dedicated account manager.

Yes. Every new school gets free onboarding training for all staff members. We also provide video tutorials and documentation accessible from within the platform.

Yes. Enterprise plan customers can request custom development. We also regularly add new features based on customer feedback across all plans.

Yes. All updates are handled automatically with zero downtime. New features and improvements are rolled out regularly at no extra cost.
